All classes are Mother Sequence - Fixed sequence of 42 poses designed to provide functional strength, safe mobility, and healthy ritual.

Personal Assessments are central to the a complete practice with Second Circle. One-on-one inquiry with a teacher is invaluable to our understanding of the method and refining the student’s personal approach. In each Assessment, individual body patterns, injury history, and emotional approach are investigated in-depth in service of a more engaging and powerful practice.
